“Very poor service. I am very disapponted and I will not order again from Jazp.com. I ordered an Item on May 25, 2022. The delivery time they promised was May 28, 2022, but I didn't received my product till now. They charged 15 AED as shipping cost also. I contacted customer care around 2/3 times, then also no update from JAZP.COM. So it's better to buy items from any other ecommerce platform. One of the Worst delivery service.👎👎👎👎👎”
“Worst in all aspects. They are very responsive during the orders but once it is done, no one gives you an update. Their costumer service is even much worse. Most of the time busy. If your lucky and someone picks up the call, they can't give you the answer you want. Instead they will say someone will give you a call but unfortunately, no one does. I am very disappointed and for sure I will never buy again here.”
“I wish there was less than 1 star. I have ordered on Jazp, and they were to deliver a gift set, in which one of the item was missing and I bought quiet a few.
Now, I wanted to return the item and also get a replacement for the one that had a missing item as part of the gift pack.
1. There is no contract number to call and talk about it raise a complaint.
2. They took 1 week to respond to my return request.
3. They took 1 month get the return request
4.amonth later, the delivery guy comes till my door step,he sends me a photo of my building (photo attached) right in front of my building and he says I can't come up, you have to come down in a very authoritative tone..
What would you do?
Jazp, are not the right people to shop with, quality of the product, value for money is not worth it. It's daylight robbery. Never shop at Jazp...I got to know later from some friends of mine Fordeal or is it 4deal..not sure.. Is suppose to better.. I'm taking my money there..”
“The prices customers will see in most cases are very attractive, but don’t be fooled.
This company has one of the lowest kind of customers service I have come across so far. Starting with their website search capability, which I can say very confidently is equal to rubbish by all means, even if you try to keep a blind eye to that and say lets give them a call, you will be shocked by the automated voice service which has English, Urdu, Hindi and GOD knows what else but no Arabic although they are based in Dubai!!, and you should have some tough skin because your call might be hanging on waiting and finally the call gets disconnected because no one is free to take your call, and even if you try to convince your self that the cheap price your getting for the product is worth that, guess what the order might get cancelled without notifying you or the answer you will get is the supplier of this product is out of stocks, and when they tell you that an email will be sent to you with a substitute products list similar to the one you requested, you will never hear from them, unless you really, really, really have a very tough skin and brain to call them again.”

Driver who comes to deliver is very abusive arrogant rude and doesnt treat customer well. Infact driver demands you to come downstairs search him and get your delivery, then why to pay delivery and processing fee of QAR 20?
