I have been with the company for over a year. This is my first IT company.
Having experience in various organizations, as well as experience in interacting with a huge number of different people, I noted for myself that JazzTeam is:

- Adequate management that appreciates and supports its employees. You can contact with any question.
- Permanent internships as new opportunities for professionals who see themselves in IT, but do not yet have relevant experience. All internships for specific types of specializations have a clear plan, program and deadlines. In 99% of cases, employees who successfully complete an internship receive a full-fledged contract.

During my work at the JazzTeam, I did not find any serious shortcomings. As in any company, in any team, there are nuances. But I don't focus too much on it.”
