“I don't often submit reviews but I really couldn't let my shopping experience yesterday pass without writing one.
Jenny's is an absolutely exceptional boutique with a huge range in clothing and sizes...and I'm not an easy size to fit.Staff were awesome and NOTHING was too much trouble..I was welcomed and helped the minute I walked into the boutique
I will most definitely return.
If more boutiques had the range and staff that Jenny's has there would be more people shopping local.

“This place is a joke !!! Ordered back in November and they say it’s on the way but the tracking number shows it has not moved. Advertised itself as a small family business and the minute they get their money it’s off to China ! The Better business bureau should shut them down asap”

“I bought shoes as a gift for someone. One week later I went back to return them as too big. I was told there was a no returns policy for a refund & could only get a credit note. (The website said there was a returns for a refund policy. ) so I got a different pair of shoes but they also turned out to be too big. I don’t live near Ashbourne & was out of the country so I phoned and asked if I could exchange them outside of 2 weeks & was told that “yes, as long as you know the date of purchase”. When I got back to Ireland I returned with the shoes (a 90 minute drive both ways) only to be told “No, it’s against our policy to return them”. I wouldn’t mind only that 1) I was told on the phone that I could return them for an exchange 2) According to their website they give refunds but when I asked to return the initial shoes 7 days after I bought them I was refused a refund & told I could only get a credit note or change them. I won’t be going back there.”
