“Website represents this as a U.S. company based in California selling authentic sports jerseys and promising arrival for Christmas. The package took almost 2 months to arrive missing the holiday entirely .. customer service kept telling me to be patient then stopped replying. Eventually replied “sent to management for a refund” but that never happened. The package finally arrived and appears to be a fake jersey. Nike labels/packaging but material is thin and poor quality stitching. I have put a dispute on the charge with my credit card company and we’ll see what happens. They have F rating with BBB.”
“Unresponsive. Good luck with questioning an order for 3 jersey’s. All supposed to be the same style for my team. One wasn’t. They said they would exchange. Cricket’s. Email/phone call. It’s been weeks. It’s a half ass company and I would not have committed If I knew customer service was non-existing.”

“Awful customer service. Zero stars, if I had the choice. Jersey took a month to get to us, then we requested a full refund including shipping as it took literally a month to receive. They were supposed to follow up with a manager and get back to us. Kept saying the manager was “out to lunch” we tried calling and following him several times with no one getting back to us. Will be getting our credit card company involved now.”
“I would give them 0 stars if I could!!! I ordered a jersey for Christmas for my son they say they are in San Diego but all there Jerseys come from overseas? I ordered this jersey on November 10th they say standard shipping is 10 to 13 days? well it never has come so I got a refund! I got a refund and they had the nerve to ask me to return the jersey at my cost? Kind of hard to return something you never got? There tracking says the jersey is in Compton Ca. Which I don't believe? They even threated me if I didn't return the Jersey they would turn me into there lawyers (what a joke!)! Again which I never got the jersey! HORRIBLE DON'T BUY FROM THESE OVERSEAS SCAMMERS!”
