Had a young lad changing my tires who looked like he needed a good sleep! I asked the so-called tire expert if he thought that the rear tires needed replacing and he answered yes without even looking! Anyway, Beware, this tire company used to be good however now RUBBISH. “Typical treatment of the way a garage speaks to a female motorist. Tried to fob me off that I had a faulty valve and charged me to replace it when really my car and metal puncture. Won't be returning to a garage that speaks to women in a patronising way and won't admit that maybe they made a mistake with the puncture diagnosis.”
“I had a rear tyre losing air so I took it to jet tyres who had a look at the wheel after about 5min the mechanic said it was just a loose valve he corrected the problem.
And didn't charge as he didn't have to do anything. Thats honesty he could have charged for a new valve
But no I have never been to a garage like this. I will make jet tyres my go to place for tyres ect
