“Just left jet tires after a frustrating two hours of waiting for my van tires to be replaced.
Had a young lad changing my tires who looked like he needed a good sleep! I asked the so-called tire expert if he thought that the rear tires needed replacing and he answered yes without even looking! Anyway, Beware, this tire company used to be good however now RUBBISH. Staff are not trained, don't keep you informed and rude. Thanks for nothing Jet Tires”
“Typical treatment of the way a garage speaks to a female motorist. Tried to fob me off that I had a faulty valve and charged me to replace it when really my car and metal puncture. Won't be returning to a garage that speaks to women in a patronising way and won't admit that maybe they made a mistake with the puncture diagnosis.”
