"I ordered 4 x starter bracelet 13 links on each for 4 different people. I went for the first size. When my order arrived I only had 3 bracelets. When I sent an email I was asked to count the links and was told I received what I paid for 52 links in total. I explained I didn\u2019t want 3 bracelets I wanted 4 to be told I got what I paid for. The lack of customer care was evident throughout the emails. The bracelets are so hard to add links etc so I now have to waste my time trying to make 3 bracelets into 4. I will not be using the company again. Buy direct from nomination website instead."
