“Turned up as requested - quick and polite - did the best possible I guess in rather tricky circumstances. Effective as far as I can tell. The requirement for payment in advance at time of ordering might put some off.”

“Had many call outs over the 3 months for our mice problem, they used several different methods however there was no success. The price we had paid only covered call outs for 3 months however one of the managers Lee kindly agreed to provide additional follow ups after this date for us to make sure the problem gets resolved.”

“Terms stated clearly on phone. Arrived on right day, but no call first as promised. Wasps in loft treated. Some wasps still there after 7 days so rang and another man came. He said he was unable to get in loft(! I can aged 64) . However another man was sent on another day and dealt with the remainder of wasps. So mostly good. I would use them again . Need to ring half an hour or so beforehand as told on the phone.”

“It took 2 visits to eliminate the wasps nest from our garden, but no complaints remain that. However, this is a very expensive service at over £130 for a 10 minute task twice. I have a second home in Wales and had a similar problem with Digger Wasps which was solved by a local company for a mere £45. Quite a discrepancy there.”

“The service was very good, efficient and extremely quick ( your operative was only at our house for 15-20 mins). I understand that you have fixed charges for your services and some jobs are harder than others, but on reflection I did think that this was, although efficient a bit expensive for the work carried out. However that is my issue and I did accept these charges prior to your staffs visit..”
