“Jim helped me unlock a life long pain that had started to limit me from engaging in my favorite physical activities. Other Doctors and PTs tried to help by treating my symptoms, which brought temporary relief. But Jim got to the root of my problem. He is so passionate about his work, his positivity is contagious! He is an attentive listener and takes the time to explain everything he is doing. Jim clearly describes the minutiae of the physical movements of each new excersize to facilitate the "repatterning" of your body's old bad habits. Jim is a master of communication and strives to make connections to solidify my understanding. I could not have done this on my own. Jim's coaching was essential to my healing. He is an absolute gem I was so lucky to find! The pain I had for over 20 years is mostly gone!”
