“My name is Paul Glander and I ordered the Rota razor from you as it looked ideal for what I needed but when I received it and opened the box there were so many parts in the box and the instructions manual was not very clear in how to assemble it only pictures Very Disappointed in this not knowing what part goes with what it looks good on the TV but when you get it it's all in pieces cost me £73.99 with postage and it cost me £14.09 to send it back so really it's cost me £88.08 for a £69.99 item I'm hoping that you reimburse me the full amount for the item”
