“I am generally pleased with my purchases but some of the packaging is very over the top! I’ve had huge boxes with masses of paper. The taxing on some products is quite confusing as I’m finding quite an inflation at the check out.”

“Good experience but i suggest a 24hr period before purchase to allow combination on shipping charges, as a value purchase can become expensive with the standard shipping charges. This timeframe would allow the buyer to purchase other items to make up the load.”

“For the majority it has been good. Had one or two instances whereby the bidding process has failed (where I’ve made a bid and didn’t go through, or I was winning an auction and last second it said someone else won). Otherwise a positive experience.”
