People take my word as advise , any thang any items you buy from job alot its damage , dangers , useless , especially customer return one dont wast your many i had a very bad experience with this site nothing works , electical are the most dangers one i bought cilling fan got melted , bought temperature control bath tab not working kids car not working the pucture they put nothing like what you possibly get

This company has consistently delivered incomplete products, leading to significant dissatisfaction. For instance, a 3D printer head order resulted in only a heat sink being delivered, and a glue gun set order yielded only glue sticks. Furthermore, they have demonstrated a pattern of reinterpreting their policies and introducing previously unstated terms to avoid accountability. They also appear to prioritize platforms that offer favorable ratings over more credible review sites that reflect a less positive customer experience.

Beware of false offers of free shipping. When their T&Cs advertise free shipping for orders over 10kg as follows 'Start Date: 25th November, End Date: 2nd December, Only auctions the end between these dates (inclusive) qualify for free shipping’ they speak a different language to most English speakers. To them the word 'inclusive' means 'not including the end date of the 2nd December'. You will get charged shipping on the end date and no amount of trying to get them to honour their T&Cs works, they will insist that when their T&Cs states 'inclusive' of the 2nd that means the promotion finishes on the 1st.

I can't access any of my old account can't check my out standing deliveies can't get the tracking for them and new format is rubbish

totally disappointed, normally the products should be returns from customers, but especially in the last order, the products were very used (probably several years) so they cannot be called returns, rather scraps!

Bought a kettle from job lots (Curry’s Customer Returns item). Kettle came with lots of lime scale inside and around the mouth. It looks like was used and abused for a long time. It was an item taken out from the bin!! Unbelievable!! Stop selling rubbish in the name of auction!!

Please for the love of god get rid of reserve prices it’s hiked up the prices pallets are dirt and boxes are dirt are having 10 percent reserve prices on them.

Unfortunately the reserve prices have put me off and now they are even worse what a joke now it’s all practically 10 percent and the new website sucks if anybody wants a lesson on how to kill a business Jobalots has just don’t a masterclass on it

I have to agree with other customers sentiment regarding the reserve price increase, it has put me off from buying, as a long and loyal customer it’s a true shame. Jobalots started as an amazingly well run company but recently their greed and true mask have been showing. Oh well I’m not sad it’s over I’m happy it happened. I’m out thought best of luck to you all.

Although some auctions may now have a slightly higher reserve price, many remain incredibly low; with hundreds having reserve prices as low as 1p. We've made sure to have a variety of reserve prices on our site to ensure that everyone, from new customers to seasoned Jobaloters feels comfortable joining auctions. The recent reserve price hike is both unnecessary and greedy. While you claim it’s for purchasing costs, it’s only going to hurt your business. I refuse to pay higher prices for pallets full of junk and broken items, and I’m sure others will too. This will end up costing you more in unsold inventory and storage. I am done with this site for time being I will stick to another one. The entire selling point of this site has now gone. On top of that they charge me additional shipping fees only to combine the boxes into a pallet damage my items and boxes. The greed with this company is headed down

The new reserve prices has put me off from buying as a customer from the start of jobalots I will no longer be buying probably have spent 40k in total on boxes and pallets. It’s been years with no reserve price and their justification for their recent greed is buying costs and overhead the reality is you lot get free Amazon returns from Scottish warehouse if you were losing money you wouldn’t have opened a second warehouse just a false justification for greed thinking your buyers are dumb. Good riddance. Awful boxes and pallets full of trash with reserve prices nobody will purchase.

The reserve price increase has been the most idiotic and greedy thing I have seen from a company In a large while. They say it’s for purchasing costs and expenses but it’s gonna come back to bite themselves because I certainly wont purchase atrocious pallets with dirt and broken items and it will end up costing you all in storage because other people wont neither.

The reason we've updated our procedure for setting reserve prices is due to our need to cover expenses, ensuring that we aren't losing value with our sales and therefore able to continue offering our services to the enormous number of users that rely on us every day to support their businesses. More than half of the products sent are defective and do not work. At least do not send defective ones, even if they are second-hand.
