Jobalots allows sellers to upload very nice pictures of products meant for the tip. On different occasions I have bid and won the bids, only to get a totally wrecked item not fit for use unless I wanted to be electrocuted, or something looking entirely different from what was posted and bidded for. Writing to customer service is a waste of precious time. The answer is "we can't help because it's customer returns". That is an unfair answer to a person's hard earned money.

I bit for one item and I received used. Is a frode to not show the real photos. You sell the items without advise about item is broken. This is not fair for all jobalot clients. Difference of another action companies who is show what you buy. From me job alot is froud people. My mistake for buy from there.

Items not as described, different pictures used and some items appear to be damaged, replacement mops are not packed properly these could be faulty. Retail recommended prices are overestimated. No telephone number for company to contact anyone.

Highly disappointed. Although they have mentioned that return products can be damaged but I have tried 3 times and received damaged drones. Requested them for the compensation as I am a regular customer but they didn't. Just a suggestion that never ever go for used return products.

Raw customer return items were absolutely pathetic. My robot vacuum was used for about 60 hrs before it got to me and had a mopping fault. Won’t be buying anything again from here

Item doesn’t work. Looked on site re T&C’s and it seems that although it wasn’t advertised as having a fault, there isn’t any way to request refund etc

Some people should not be allowed list items . They sold old and broken items for me. You can tell that the item has been somewhere for ages.

I did pay for 3 items and they been delivered by dpd to different address wich i didn't have nothing to do with that address,dpd told me that the main website had changed the address in last minute

This company sells you a pallet of vacuum cleaners then delivers wooden planters. Claims that this is your order. They were asked to sort this issue out otherwise storage would be charged at £20 a day. Their customer service agreed. Took them 17 days to fetch the wrong pallet and another 2 days to refund (only done when my bank got involved) then when bill for storage was sent Sean suspended my account unless I withdrew the storage they agreed!!! This is extorsion and has been reported to trading standards. Meanwhile another pallet I'd paid for just before this turned up and it's incorrect too. What a shower of idiots
