i spend £171 on customer return item ink toner rebort cleaning and lamp when i received those item are used and broken even sigle item are not working its waste of money they even not accepting return the item so make sure before buying those rubbish products

I received 3 pallets of sanitizers Expired, I had to pay to throw them away, very bad experience.

Scam. pictures on auction and value of pallet was far away from this what I recieved. They send me pallet full of garbage with mouse poo

You guys charged me for nothing, I didn’t buy anything from you guys and still money gone from my bank account. And some of items I purchased here is either damaged or missing item. I am not Happy

Ordered 6 items and 4 of them were NOT the items I bought, they were a completely different type. Won’t be buying from here again

Disgraceful and misleading. Two words that come to mind after using this company for the first and last time. I won an auction and when I went to pay it said shipping would be calculated at checkout. At this point it is important to bring the word trust in. You trust that a company is being transparent and God forbid, honest! When I received the shipping notice the weight of the shipment was 200kg, I thought that seemed high, so I checked the manifest. The actual weight was 23kg. Let's see when it arrives I thought, it must be a mistake. When it did arrive, it was indeed 23kg and even the driver was baffled why this had been shipped on a pallet. So I emailed Jobalots asking this to be looked into as I should be entitled to a partial refund. The response, well I'd get a better one from talking to a wall. It was all my misunderstanding as I'd bought a pallet and pallet shipping was a fixed price. So why, I asked (several times) was shipping to be calculated at checkout when it's a fixed cost? Nothing, well nothing other than excuses and sorry for the misunderstanding. Believe me, there is no misunderstanding. If it is a fixed cost, say so. Do not confuse people by saying shipping will be calculated at checkout. That implies it is going on distance or weight. Oh, to boot they also lied to me about the £60 charged for shipping was the cost they were charged. Well the Courier confirmed to me it was actually £47. Truly pathetic Customer Service. All they had to do was offer me a partial refund on the shipping. I wasn't looking for anything other than what was fair. They will come back with some blah blah but the fact remains shipping was to be calculated at checkout but that figured was already set. Confusing and misleading. Avoid

Absolutely disappointed, paying so much for the delivery charge just to get items that are faulty or not even checked properly. Faur enough it does say that it’s your own risk, but I ordered a toilet seat that came in a different packing so not it’s own box, the screws were already rusted, and the seat was dirty and disgusting,and it looked to me that the customer has replaced a good item with their own item that’s been used for a long time and just used a random box. This is unnaceptable and I don’t feel like buying from Jobalots anymore as I’ll just be wasting my time and money.

Purchased 2 sets of 4 solar lights. What I received was 1 pack OK, but the second pack had only 3 lights and all had the solar panels removed and were totally useless. You win some but mostly you lose. Buyer beware!
