“Overall very good company although the payment terms is midnight on the day you win an auction and in some cases the auctions close at 11pm so if you are asleep you are buggered as you will be suspended and lose your bid!”

“I would put 5 stars but since you have changed the time you have to pay it has made it more difficult. I won an auction for 1 lot and had to pay before 12 midnight and the other items I wanted to bid on were the following day therefore a 95 pence item with the postage was going to cost me £9.99. Please bring back the 36 hours to pay.”

“Very unfair treatment on customers for not paying a won bid on time. You should be sending reminder notifications to ensure customers make payments on time instead of suspending customers' accounts. Nevertheless, the time frame for payment after a winning bid has now decreased. Which doesn't make the bidding attractive anymore.”
