“This company is useless it delivers wrong stuff tries to blame its customers. It's not fit for purpose. Non existent customer Services a operations director Alex who has no clue what his staff are doing. Sean whoever he is also doesn't u derstand customer services. Not sure how they are in business”

“it's sort of ok, dont bid on ice makers there all broken. if it's new there isn't a problem, I've almost stopped bidding now since they stopped using PayPal. be careful what you bid for and if it's a return think what could be broken with it as to why it was returned”

“Customer service from Amy was absolutely fine - my 2 star rating was about the actual listing itself and just because something is described as RAW or CUSTOMER RETURNS you can pretty much sell anything and there is no limit to how far from the advertised product it is. How you can sell a rebound net without the actual rebound net and say "oh but it said RAW" and our terms and conditions say it could have missing pieces... I think any right minded person would expect missing fixtures and fittings and possible damage to the frame but come on...the actual main bit of the listing to not be there ...that seems wrong”

“I was very happy to come across this website. However after bidding and winning over 10 items. Everything that’s been received already is broke. I wouldn’t be as bothered if it was one or two items but so far it’s everything Iv ordered. Two garden hoses were both split at the top so can’t be fixed. I know you say no guarantee but it’s beyond a joke”

“Not much more I can say in these reviews, I buy regularly, It comes, most of it is good,some waste ,risk you take, overall I'm happy, mostly well packed but I keep getting that odd box where it's split from poor packing and bits are missing , frustrating as I know if it was packed right the bits would be there , would recommend as a company, great to work with but be aware there are no guarantees”

“Naturally all the bad reviews I’ve read have been based on customer returns , that said I only ever buy the brand new stock. 15-20% RRP , fast and effective delivery times , reasonable shipping costs . This site is now my 100% go to for side hustle selling . New tool to pick delivery slots for pallets is very helpful. All round great experience every time 30+ transactions”
