“In general it is a good website. Customer services are very bad fro past experiences. I don't know why I get an option on this surevey Telephone communication - This is NON excisting. Only way to do any form of communication is via e-mail and this takes forever to get a proper answer. They changed their delivery of stocks to Yodel. I DO Not rate this courier at all. Their App and website are rather poor. You do not get proper delivery time slots - very short notice. Unlike DPD where you know when and proper time slots”

“Items often come damaged which is down to poor packaging so be careful. I have had some items smashed to bits. It's a complete lottery about 50% OK ,but be careful bidding too much on high value electrical items. The price bid does not include VAT and the postage quoted doesn't include VAT, so you end up paying considerably more than you bid. Very much buyer beware , and JLI are not intertsed in anything being returned even if damaged due to their poor packaging.”

“My parcel was destroyed by your delivery service dpd sometimes last year and I sent you a message and pictures proving it. The order cost me £55 three items were included in the order but nothing was done about it . That wasn’t right by you”

“I have used it one time only. The issue I had and I emailed immediarly, could have probably get sorted if the emails didt take 3 days to be seen. But after being seen, Amy was back and forth with me all the time. I still had to go 3 times to Cardiff, that is 40min away from me, but at the end, I got my parcel. The site is quite easy to use. Overall experience, is good. Ahh...the phone number on the invoice also dors not work and there is no way to contact you over the phone.”
