I've received things that they are demaged, I've received things that they are not as they discreibed on JobaLots and tottaly different Somethimes they are not even sending you some of the products and they are sending you someting else instead thinking that this is normal when you are telling them that some of the items are missing and you sent me something else instead. When it was about the refund they didn't wanted to do it because apparently they are not even checking what it is in the package before they are sending it to you. Dissapointed. Think twice before you buy.

I purchased a new item which was completely broken on arrival. It was clear the damage was caused in the delivery process as it was so badly packaged. However, I contacted Jobalots and was refunded.

Hi.this is what a stock liquidation looks like with new folded clothes, this is what the description said at the time of purchase, but the reality was different half of the products without tags, without packaging, thrown in the box, there are also clothes with stains and used, but in the description of the auction it clearly said new, new, brand new, liquidation of stock with tags and for sure the ombudsman must light the support he keeps sending me the explanations from the story books, no one thinks about jobalots terms and conditions I think their support, they only transmit stories, they don't investigate, they don't check, as if it's not their obligation???!!!!!!!

I`ve been using JobAlot for several months now. I`ve had good experiences and bad but often enough the good outweighs the bad. If you're prepared to take the odd hit on your expense then it's well worth a punt. I will say though, that there are a lot more people using this site now than when I first joined which has pushed the prices up but, you can still get the bargains. I would like the packaging to be a bit better though as very often the packages arrive in a bad condition. This could be down to a lack of care by the courier but sometimes I've had boxes delivered that look like they have been tampered with and the odd item missing but depending on what the item cost me I tend not to report it. But anyway overall my experience with JobAlot has been a good one and hopefully it continues.

The new side of the auctions are spot on and never really an issue, the customer returns however can be a minefield, I know it's alot of work, but maybe a heads up or categorise condition may be in order, emg purchased an air fryer ( safety packed in plastic bags, dented on both sides, smelled of used fat and plug system broken, as well as the base broken) I accept fully the risks taken when bidding on customer returns, but maybe a rating of condition could be in orderer

£750 order still waiting for delivery 9 days later. Courier team failed to make themselves known to the occupants of the property. Jobalots do not care, the courier does not care. The products are good at good prices, but what good is that if you don't get the goods in timely fashion? Nearly £2k spent and this is how I'm treated. Highly disappointing.

items in raw customer return pallets are broken and fit for scrap/new pallets have to many worthless phone cases and other cheap hard to sell items to bolster the numbers
