“The guys knowledge is awful. Little to no stock. And never ever trust a detailer who's car is an absolute shed. I saw his Porsche an my god it's a mess. Everything on it looks dull apart from the bumpers for some reason.
Sends out wrong stock, impossible to get hold of when things go wrong.
He recommended polishing out a scratch that was down to primer, he seemed to be under the impression that it would polish out.”

Five emails sent with no response. Only a mobile number to contact which is never answered. Voicemails left and calls never returned. Be warned, do not touch this company with a barge pole.”

“I ordered a 1-liter bottle of compound in January. They sent a 250ml bottle. After communicating the issue and receiving approval, I returned the 250ml bottle. Eight weeks, four emails, two voice messages, and one Facebook post (which they deleted) with no reply... and I still do not have my 1L bottle. I have given up and will now have to do a chargeback with my credit card against Joe's Shine Shop to get my money back.”
