“I want to thank the Relentless team for their help in landing me this role, and I say that as someone with 25 years of experience across a wide assortment of technical roles. The way they ingest and tweak resumes is really impressive. I'm very confident I would have searched at least another two or three months if I hadn't retained their services. Once we hit the new year, I was getting three or four interviews a week, and they were quality opportunities. I also want to thank Kareem for the group meetings and advice on structuring interviews. That was genuinely helpful and really improved my confidence going into the interviews. I'd recommend Relentless without hesitation.”

“I would not have landed this role without Relentless. I'll say that upfront. The interviews came in consistently and were actually relevant to what I was targeting. But the bigger wins came from tools I didn't even know were available, like the offer thesis and negotiation support. After being rejected for a role in June, I used Relentless's offer thesis framework to go back to that company and make the case for a broader strategy. The COO asked me to write a 90-day execution plan, then asked me to write the job description. I started as Senior Director in a role I essentially created. At the same time, Relentless had me in late-stage interviews for higher-paying roles. That gave me real leverage to negotiate a better base salary and title for the position I actually wanted. Kareem's strategy calls were direct and no-nonsense, which pushed me to show up better. Fair warning though: this takes real effort on your end. The results are there if you put in the work.”

“Best decision of my job search I was unsure about Relentless at first, I assumed it was only a service for people already in advanced roles chasing multi-six-figure salaries, not also for someone like me transitioning from entry-level to the next step. On top of that, it felt like a big risk not knowing if the payment was going to be wasted. Very grateful I was wrong. Throughout my job search this past year, working with them made a real difference in where I landed. I had a decent 3-year marketing/sales background: ABM, brand, email, paid, retention. But in the world of AI job posts, getting interviews was consistently my bottleneck (who's isn't right now?). When they said they could get me one to two interviews a week, it sounded ambitious. At my peak though, I was getting five to six. Once the interviews were flowing, I realized the real gap was my interviewing skills! Thankfully their team closed that too, giving me the confidence to execute all the way to the finish line. I never imagined I'd double my salary in this job market, but here we are. I'll be back for round two when the time comes.”

“I got an offer at apple in their finance department with these guys and did it without having a tech background. Some people here and other forums have said the fees are expensive, but their team evaluates every part of your background before you start interviewing, and that's what makes it worth it. They rewrote my resume entirely, taught me to tell my story with numbers, set me up with a weekly mentor to translate my film skills into finance terms, and gave me three resume designs to choose from. They also cleaned up my LinkedIn (headshot, cover photo, profile) and connected me with people already in the finance roles I wanted, then reached out on my behalf for advice and informational interviews. The interviews came fast. Within about three days of sending resumes they started pouring in, and hiring managers were impressed with the versatility of my CV. I ended up landing a job in the accounting department of Apple TV. The one issue is they seem more focused on candidates targeting high compensation roles, so not everyone will fit. And they charge very quickly after you get an offer.”

“My experience was that Relentless was effective at increasing interview volume and exposing me to opportunities that I would not have otherwise encountered. The primary challenge throughout my search was the market itself rather than the service. Over the course of more than a year of searching, I experienced extremely lengthy interview processes, multiple rounds, presentations, assignments, and situations where companies either delayed hiring decisions or ultimately chose not to fill positions at all. Despite those challenges, Relentless did succeed in generating meaningful interview activity and expanding the number of opportunities available to me.”

“Cornell alum here. I join relentless a while ago and they got me interview at Tesla, Apple, and an offer at American Express. These are companies that, frankly, I had trouble getting interviews for in the past. Relentless works because they're honestly really good at outreach, so you circumvent all the 500+ people who apply through the application portal. The whole process took around 6 months, so I was a bit of a "longer search" I actually found out about Kareem through a mutual friend. We crossed paths briefly in SF. When I was ready to job search, I asked around to make sure he was legit, and the people I trusted vouched for him. And I'm glad they did. I was coached directly by Kareem, and honestly, he changed my outlook on recruiting and outreach. The guy is razor sharp. He's Ex-McKinsey, super deep in sales/marketing and just relentless about helping you get results. He's one of those people who's always "ON". He replies fast, offers honest feedback, and actually gives insightful advice, not generic fluff. I'd recommend Relentless to anyone who doesn't have the time or energy to mass-apply. They sent out over 1,000 apps for me and I was getting 1-2 interviews a week consistently, minus the Winter Holidays. It was nice to just feel taken care of and have momentum while I focused on prep for the interviews and side-projects.”

“I found out about Relentless online, so I'm coming full circle to leave my thoughts here. I landed a marketing role at a Fortune 500 company through the process. It was my first real step into corporate America, and the compensation was a big step up from where I was, so from that angle it absolutely delivered. I also got a lot of useful feedback on my resume, among other things. That said, I want to be honest. I still had to put in real effort and it was draining at times. Mindset is probably the most important thing in any job search, and I think I succeeded partly because I went in with the right attitude. It also costs a fair amount, which can be tough if you're early in your career or not earning much yet. It's very much a person to person thing. I just started another role, but if I could afford it I would absolutely do it again. Overall I liked it a lot.”

“My total comp went from $271K to $460K, and I wouldn't have even applied to this if Relentless wasn’t involved. This role change is a career defining move for me and MULTIPLE people I know are already congratulating me - the news travelled fast. I signed up because I was completely maxed out at work and couldn't dedicate the time a real job search requires. Relentless handled all the applications and outreach while I kept going at my current role. That was the most valuable part for me. The biggest area for improvement if I had to be picky is they didn’t really seem to understand my industry / sector that well - there’s specific language you need to understand - the team seemed to not get it. But the technology worked and the team itself was responsive and did everything they could. And of course it worked out great in the end!”

“I just want to throw in my two cents here as a real customer of Relentless, and I totally understand where the skepticism comes from. In a market full of overpriced or underdelivering services, it's hard to know who to trust. That said, based on my personal experience, Relentless is absolutely the real deal. Huge thanks to Kareem and his entire team for their dedication and support throughout the process. What truly stood out to me was how effective their system was at generating interview opportunities. I went from struggling to get callbacks to having a packed interview schedule. The increase in traction wasn't just incremental, it was game-changing. They helped me get in front of FAANG+ companies I wouldn't have had access to otherwise. Job hunting today is a numbers game. Even if the odds of converting each interview into an offer are relatively low, volume matters. If you stick with it and don't give up, the last offer you land is the only one that counts.
