“I wanted to delegate my search - they took it up a notch I was already putting in the work myself, customizing resumes, figuring out the right person to reach out to at each company. But it was incredibly time-consuming, and it took multiple touchpoints just to get in front of someone. I'd landed a couple of interviews on my own, but I kept second-guessing my approach. Should I be going through head hunters, or some other route? When I researched Relentless, it was clear they'd take everything I was already doing, customized outreach, contacting the specific companies I wanted, and do it better and at scale. It was a no-brainer; I wanted to take things up a notch. And they delivered. They found the right contacts everywhere, even at companies where I couldn't track anyone down myself. On top of that, they coached me on how to interview well. I don't have the time to do all of this on my own. I wanted to delegate it, and they did it great.”

“Landed my dream role at my target salary, and they had my back when things went sideways After well over a year of unemployment, I came to Relentless feeling like I'd exhausted my options. I'm so glad I did. Their team processed over 500 applications on my behalf and helped me secure my dream role at a great company, right at my target salary range of $150,000 - $180,000. It was exactly the kind of position I'd been holding out for, and I was utterly grateful and relieved to finally have a start date locked in. What stood out from the very beginning was how honest and realistic they were. Before I signed up, they walked me through what to actually expect in terms of timelines, and my offer landed right in line with what they told me. That says a lot about how straight they are with you. But the part that really earned my trust came later. Not long into the role, the company went through layoffs and I was let go through no fault of my own. Relentless honored a refund for me well after the point they were contractually required to. They didn't have to do that. By the letter of the contract they could have said no, but they chose to go above and beyond to do right by me when I was in a tough spot. That kind of integrity is rare. The placement fee is significant, but the team genuinely earned it, and then some. If you've been searching a long time and feel stuck, these are the people I'd recommend.”

“I came to Relentless searching for a senior role in what has honestly been one of the most brutal job markets in recent memory, and they delivered. They helped me land an executive-level position. In this environment, that still feels surreal. It was not a quick or easy process, and I want to be honest about that. It took a high volume of interviews to get there, but that is exactly the point: their system kept the pipeline full and the momentum going. The fact that they got me to an exec offer, at that level of compensation, with those constraints, in this market, says everything. I've already referred a number of friends to them, which is the highest compliment I can give. If you're serious about a senior search and willing to put in the work, I can't recommend them enough.”

“I'm a software engineer and Relentless made my search genuinely fast. I had 30+ interviews and landed an offer around $150K, quicker than I expected going in. The biggest thing for me was the resume. The change was huge. I sounded kind of silly before, honestly, and now it sounds so, so good. I'm going to use this version for every job I ever apply to from here on out, lol. Between the resume overhaul and the volume of interviews they generated, the whole thing just moved. If you're in tech and want momentum in your search, I'd recommend them.”

“I used Relentless and they genuinely helped me land a job. I was in a pretty bad place when I got in touch with them. I was trying to get out of an industry I hated, but I had no contacts in the other industries that might want someone with my skills, and getting a foot in the door was proving absolutely impossible. The main area where they helped was getting my CV in front of as many hiring managers as possible. For me it was entirely a numbers game, and they helped me send out far more applications than I ever could on my own, especially since I was still working my old job the whole time. I could not have gotten anywhere near as far solo. They were very hands-on with resume edits and practically rewrote mine to be more buzzword-y, which definitely helped. I also used their interview prep, though I'm honestly not sure how much that part moved the needle. A few honest caveats. They were sometimes a little pushy, and that may have turned off some hiring managers, but I think their net impact was clearly positive. The one thing you have to handle yourself is brushing up on quantitative or technical interviews. They can't solve coding problems for you, for example, so that prep is on you. I've used Relentless multiple times and recommended them to several friends, which is the clearest sign of how I feel about them. If you're stuck trying to break into something new without a network to lean on, they can get you the volume you need. They worked for me.”

A lot of them weren't the right fit or required relocation, but honestly that's just how every job search goes, which is exactly why volume matters so much. “I came to Relentless as someone fairly senior, and honestly, the value was obvious right away. Spending hours applying online isn't a good use of time at that level, and I wish a service like this had existed years ago. What really stood out was the speed. When a role opened up, Relentless had already applied within a day or two, before the flood of applications hit. That timing matters more than people realize. I'd also say the sheer volume helped me get good at interviewing. I hadn't interviewed in 15 years, so getting reps in across different roles meant I walked into my final interviews having basically heard every question before. On the downside, I repeatedly asked that they not apply me to software engineering roles, since I'm not an engineer even though I lead engineering teams. That kept happening anyway, likely a filtering overlap issue, and it's the kind of thing that can hurt you with companies that are strict about role-matching. I also think they were too cautious early on, sticking to one persona for 6 to 8 months before opening things up. For someone without a job already, that hesitation costs time. Ended up with four offers, two through Relentless, and went from $245K base to $375K total comp. Would recommend, especially for senior folks who don't have time to job search themselves.”
