The sold items pass through their conformity control. Some sellers are not fast to ship the items to Joli Closet, however once the items arrive to their facilities, the control is really fast. When I sell, they send emails, sms and call us to ship the item if it is not shipped 2 days after the sale. Never had any problem, I indicate all the flaws and show them in the pictures.
I often buy on Joli Closet, I am really happy with my purchases. My last order two weeks ago was a stunning 1998’s Chanel collector jacket. Received it in few days. I recommend this website”
“My initial experience with this shop was terrible and will certainly be the last. I purchased Chanel Overknees Boots from the Joli Closet website. Receiving the item was a challenge; I had to repeatedly contact the shop due to a lack of shipping updates. After a month, the boots had not been delivered, leading me to doubt the legitimacy of the sale. It was odd that the item was in Poland and needed to be sent to them first. Despite my payment, Joli Closet appeared inactive in sending the item to me. Following weeks of daily emails and my lawyer's involvement, the boots were finally delivered in a dirty, cheap cardboard box, simply wrapped in Joli Closet's paper. The condition of the boots was poorer than advertised on the website and in the photos provided by Joli. A visit to an official Chanel store confirmed the boots were counterfeit, notably the soles. Joli Closet has since ignored all my emails, forcing me to hire a lawyer with expertise in EU law. They have remained unresponsive, despite the situation demanding professionalism and resolution. Attempts by Alma to reach out to them have also been unsuccessful. This shop demonstrates a lack of seriousness and professionalism. I advise against dealing with Joli Closet.”
“Merchant Joli Closet: Beware of this company. I purchased an item for $1100.00. I never received my item. And this company lied to my bank. Stating that I did received the item. The company has no signature from me or anyone when the merchandise was left. I am out of $1100.00. With no help to get my money back.”
“Sold 3 items, checked with them about condition, apparently when every flaw is mentioned, it is fine, however then their "checking team" mentions the small pull that was shown and mentioned, you get NO REPLY they want you to sell it dirt cheap, if you don't agree, you get no answer. I asked to see the item destroyed, to provide evidence they haven't sold it and pocketed the money, didn't get that, so my item is gone....
I can't recommend it, an expensive dress lost, no customer service, no real reply, apparently they are too good to actually reply.... Oh well, luckily there are plenty of other options to sell with!”
“Do NOT sell through them, they keep your item, they claim something is wrong that you have mentioned in the description (maybe they are idiots and can't read) and then try to force you to sell ridiculously low, if you don't agree to give your item away for a few cents, they cancel the sale and you never see your item again, they possibly sell it to the person and pocket the money themselves.
2nd time it has happened, never got an answer out of them, they do not reply, totally fraudulent company”
“Hit and miss, totally unresponsive they claim to respond within an hour, you are lucky if they actually respond at all, webpage doesn't upload all pictures even if you wait, the site is frequently down and the commission is sky high, especially if you are not in the EU. Buying you also end up with really high costs.”
“If you describe your item correctly and you do mention scuffs and stains in the lining, that ought to be OK, however they don't keep to their own rules, I sold a bag through them, I had mentioned scuffing, I had mentioned some ink stains on the lining very clearly in the description, then I hear nothing and they have the bag for a week, then I get an email from them their "Quality Control" noticed ink stains in the lining and some scuffs, NO SH1T SHERLOCK, it was IN THE DESCRIPTION and the buyer now wants another reduction of 80 Euros and basically gets a very rare bag for next to nothing. Is it a relative of the quality control or does quality control and buyer not read the description? I think I rather have my bag destroyed than it going to a freaking magpie!”
