“Same as the other reviewers, ordered a dress, returned it via 1st class recorded post, checked the status on royal mail, it's been delivered and I even have a signature, but a month later, still no refund. Thieves. Dress was pretty terrible too, poor quality for the amount they charge. Would never order from them again.”
