“Brand new Nomad system not working from box. Followed the 'troubleshooting guide' but still no joy. emailed '24/7' customer support, no reply. Used the SMS system and was told to try the same troubleshooting tests I'd already done so suspect this was just an auto-generated system. Emailed and asked for returns procedure. No reply. Emailed again and got another auto-generated message saying that as they were backed-up it was taking two days (yes, days!) to answer emails. Either these people are the world's most incompetent 'support' team ever, or the poor sods are stuck supporting the most problematic kit ever sold! Avoid. Don't believe the hype and the AI generated messages you'll get hit with. Wouldn't mind but £350.00 for a cold shower is a bit much.”
