I very much appreciate the thoughtful and practical design, ease of use, easiness of assembly, and the spaciousness of the Joolca HOTTAP essentials with double ensuite tent. The tent itself, I really like the different compartment and the ability to have an adjoining dry room that offers privacy. The shower itself feels pretty luxurious in terms of flow space and rate (it puts some plumbed showers to shame). It's got some quirks that can be understood via the support team or continued use, like figuring out the dial settings to keep it on for ensuring hotter water temperature. It honestly is a fantastic product that I am super grateful for and would highly recommend”

“I requested a demo unit for a potential large volume order (up to 60 units). There was potential for repeat business. I added the full Ensuite accessories online. My cart total was over $1400 but I didn't provide my MC. I was waiting to see if they would offer a discount. A few days later, I got an email. James, a member of marketing team, kindly adjusted the balance $500 but when I went to finalize the order, they rescinded the offer. When I contacted Support about it, they just said "sorry it was a system glitch, how's $20 off." They told me it upset multiple customers and even resulted in cancelled orders and returned merchandise bought sought no resolution.

In the Corporate world we would call this a false start.

“Can’t get in contact with joolca. Emailing has been very difficult and we don’t don’t know where the hell our shower is! They’ve sent have the order and have said it’s been delivered. Not happy. We’ve been waiting months now and we’ve been told dates it would be delivered and it has not come.”
