“Appalling service on refunds for wrongly sized goods Gave up and sent the new hat to a charity shop Wanted to argue with me about me having returned the hat, saying I had already returned it and received a refund when I had the hat in my hand when I was talking to them”

“Purchased pyjamas from this company size large, this usually is a comfortable, albeit roomy fit for me, however Joseph turners are so skimpy I have a job to button the jacket! At nearly £50 I think it's a poor job. They do not answer emails either. Back to M&S”
