NO DELIVERY, REFUSES REFUND
Over a month ago (as of writing this on June 25th) i have not received my curtains that I almost paid 100€ for. DHL claims it was signed for and delivered (neither is true and no Neighbor got it).
I was turned around by DHL 2-3 times. Then was told by Jotex that they are investigating it (WEEKS AGO). I’ve been completely left in the dark on this for weeks now and given run arounds. They are refusing refunds or replacement and at this point, I don’t want the product, I just want my money back.
UPDATE… they have responded and asked me to FILL OUT ANOTHER FORM so they can start an investigation. Something they have done already. THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER BASE.
