According to the Postal Service, "the vendor created the shipping label" but the item was "never delivered for shipment".

I have used this product before and it works great. I have had to replace it after several years of use. Due to not paying attention, I mistakenly ordered a European version of this product ( with a UK plug ). It did take a few tries, but I was given very good customer service by Max B. He listened to me and found a way to resolve it the best way possible. Thank you ! I am now one happy customer.

Delivery has been delayed but I contacted Joy Swag and updated shipment information was sent. I should receive it shortly. Great customer service.

I initially had an issue with my order, apparently it was discontinued and was hard to get a hold of. Max B from customer service went out of his way to figure it out and get me my baby seat stand. Really appreciate the customer service, and the product is what I wanted.
