“I bought 20 ten dollar each cigars. Right out of the box the first 4 that I smoked 1 of them run on the burn and 1 hollowed out on the burn . I sent an email about their quality policy and get no human response. I won’t deal w a company that has no customer relations. I will buy somewhere else. I didn’t expect them to refund me or return the entire order. You would think they would want to know they’re selling low quality poorly rolled cigars. They don’t care if you pay for good cigars and half of them are junk. Eventually everyone will stop buying here . When they realize they’re selling seconds for top price.”
