“I was very specific about the engagement ring that I wanted, and finding a jeweler that was able to order it was very hard to find. My now husband found JR and was hesitant since they were fully online, but it turned out to be the perfect option. He said that the owners were very nice and responsive, and the whole process was really easy. He loving being able to pick out the diamond and see all of the information on each one. The turnaround time was a bit long but this was expected due to the specific request and they were very open about it up front. The ring turned out absolutely beautiful and was exactly what I wanted. I can't stop looking at it - we recommend 100% - Rebecca and Renato Rocha”

“JR is a GREAT place to do business! I told them i needed the ring for an upcoming wedding ,and they would try their best ,and BANG I received it in plenty of time !!!!! “Originally ordered the item for Christmas. Was informed by phone call that item was not in stock and would not be available until February. Went ahead and kept the order. Item came in mid January, earlier than expected. The package was very well wrapped. Interactions with JR Jewwlers were very pleasant and reasonable. I would order from them again.”

“The JR Jewelers team was great to work with. They were always very responsive to my e-mails and seemed to genuinely care that I had a good experience.
