“Not happy at having to pay the return postage on a £55 pair of boots. The return cost was £10! I couldnt take them back to a shop as the nearest one to me was in Hamilton and I am on the east coast of Scotland. I wont be buying online from you again and I wont be going to one of your shops as theyre too far away!”
