I published this article on Trustpilot and they removed it after a few minutes, as they do with all critical reviews, people have written regarding JTtrader.com. Trustpilot collaborates with JTtrader in their criminal activity and let JTtrader.com continue their “business” as if nothing had happened. Read the article from Canada Compliance Update below in full here. We have copied it so that it will not disappear before you have read it; BCSC Says “Global” Platform For Institutional and Retail Clients Operating Without a License What Happened? On February 26, 2020, the BCSC announced that JT Trader Financial Services Ltd. was serving residents of British Columbia without a license to do so. According to their website, JT Trader is an online foreign exchange broker that offers cutting-edge trading tools to institutional and retail clients globally. Source: https://www.bcsc.bc.ca/Enforcement/Investment_Caution_List/JT_Trader_Financial_Services_Ltd_/ Who Is Impacted? Financial service providers offering foreign exchange, virtual asset, or fintech solutions serving audiences in multiple states (United States), provinces (Canada), or countries (Global). Risk managers for online payment services and money transfer businesses – such as Meastro, Visa, Mastercard, and WebMoney who serve JT Trader – will need to identify and reassess their own risk in doing business with and enabling these transactions for JT Trader. Why This Matters? According to the BCSC, JT Trader was operating out of Toronto, in the Canadian province of Ontario. Ontario is regulated by the OSC (Ontario Securities Commission). Both BCSC and OSC are members of the CSA (Canadian Securities Administrators). Due to the nature of JT Trader’s business, they will need to secure regulatory approval from every provincial regulator where they have at least one user. What’s Next? JT Trader’s actions have placed the company on several international watchlists and adverse media lists. Companies who serve JT Trader will need to complete risk assessments to determine if they can continue to support their business activity. Compliance teams should consider whether their AML tools can easily identify what jurisdiction their user is from, and whether they are legally able to serve the user. If the proper licences are in place and the user is accepted, the KYC and AML procedures need to meet the regulatory requirements of the user’s jurisdiction. An intelligent AML program should enforce country-specific workflows for user authentication, identity verification, document verification, risk screening, and data privacy. Business managers should ensure their compliance teams are not wasting money and resources on users from jurisdictions that the company is not able to serve and, subsequently, should not be onboarding.

JTtrader is nothing but a lie. I'm certain this was just a video game to them. I was played and pushed to invest. How I wish The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen or FI) published this warning about JTtrader earlier. It's published here on Forexbrokerz( just search "The Swedish Finansinspektionen warns against JTtrader on Forexbrokerz") 150,000 was taken from me. I couldn't let that go. I had to find a way to get my money back from JTrader. With help of Retrieve Hub team online;admin AT Retrievehub DOT Org) I was able to get the right guidelines towards a successful chargeback. The likes of Sean Green, Roger forest and Max Foster are meant to be jailed forever.

Is your money safe? Published: 03 April 2020 | Print | Email JTtrader.com doesn´t take responsibility for……… Sean Green JTtrader.com takes no responsibility for their employee Roger Forests criminal activity. Roger Forest stole all our money and fled the country according to another guy named Max Foster, JTtrader.com. Sean Green claims there is a Police investigation going on concerning Roger Forest, and Sean claims he been heard two times in this matter. We checked his statement. According to the Police Department in London, there is no investigation, going on against Roger Forest right now. The Police couldn´t find Roger Forest nor Sean Green in any ongoing investigation. The Police says, “they usually state fake names and you must know their real names to take it further”. I asked Sean Green if he could provide me Roger Forest real name, but he refused to respond. Why do you think he didn´t respond to us? These guys are managing your money and your accounts! JTtrader.com takes no responsibility in such a situation and protects its investors when their employees steal money. They say it is a matter between you and the employee. In this case Roger Forest. Do you really dare to hand over your money to jttrader.com?

According to their previous website JTTrader were regulated by CySEC and ASIC. But that was a lie and a part of their scam strategy. This summer they updated their website and the regulations disappeared. When I let CySEC check it up, they denied JTTrader were a regulated company and they have never been it either Roger Forest JTTrader had fled the country with the costumer’s money, according to “Max Foster” JTTrader. “Max Foster” offers you too recover your lost money. He suggest you to use his fraud investigator “David Kaplan”, to recover your lost money, but “Max Foster” and “David Kaplan” are frauds themselves. I requested “Max Foster” to identify himself and take a picture of his passport and asked for David Kaplan´s contact details, before I sent them money to help me, but Max refused. It was too private, he said. DON´T deposit any money with JTTrader and report your story to Action Fraud in the UK today!
