“I placed an order on 26 December 2025 and paid the full amount of EUR 417.95. The order was confirmed in writing as accepted and being processed for dispatch. On 31 December 2025 the company cancelled the order unilaterally, without my consent and without a clear justification.
The refund was not processed immediately. I had to insist and send formal legal notices to get a response. This is unprofessional behavior. Poor communication. Unacceptable handling of customer payments.
I do not recommend this seller. High risk after payment is made.”
