Never would they treat their customers this way! There's a reason that nobody knows who "Julian Fashion" is, and with experiences like mine, they'll most likely stay this way and NEVER GROW! I also want to note that the customer service rep, Margherita Gambi, is EXTREMELY rude and condescending.
