I visited your store in mall of the Emirates and the service was terrible. Angel the cashier attention me and I didn’t like how she handled everything. I paid for a case and the money was debited on my end only for her to say that I would have to wait since the payment didn’t go through…..how that happened I don’t understand. You honestly need to do better and I need a refund asap!!!!!

However, since then, I have been met with inconsistent responses every time I follow up whether it’s regarding a replacement, a refund, or a voucher.

So I returned the product on 17th July and they told refund will happen within 3 weeks unfortunately till date refund not happened.

The most horrible ever experience, unprofessional,liars. First they confirm item availability then after the payment they call and say its not available. U need to buy more expensive or they will take up to 14 days for refund. So for 14 days I will not have money to buy in any other place. Then once U buy more expensive still they will not deliver it on time even they promised they will. NEVER Again

When I bought from Jumbo shop in a Mall of the Emirates a new mobile phone for my mother which was a tourist in Dubai, I ask to make a tax fee refund.

Kindly don't purchase from jumbo. We bought a piece from jumbo and it's battery was draining out fast. As advised by call center we reached their store in Burdubai. They refused to Change the product and said of we need to change they will deduct 15% of the total amount. The attitude and customer service is vey poor. Guys buy from amazon or noon, they will refund the total amount atleast.

What type of business is this?? There sales manager Mr Ryan or " John Anyachukwu " I have asked for a Refund of my money and I was told No! Now I'm publicly asking for my money and am willing to take legal action.
