I Ordered online where the item is indicated available. After 3 days of waiting, I made a follow up in customer service whatsapp chat I was informed that the items is not available and will not be available any time soon. I have to cancel my order due to this reason. Very frustrating and inconvenient on my part to be waiting for an item Im expecting to be delivered instead I have to cancel.

No exchange policy!!! Don’t Buy anything. Jumbo management is not considerate, we buy lcd monitor 27 inch, lg brand unknowingly this monitor don’t have built in speaker. The next day i went back to change with built in speaker or better. But staff told me that they don’t allow exchange for any item. As per managment instructions. My invoice number 13201120363820260520. Cannot upload invoice on your website here.

I had an amazing experience at Jumbo thanks to Syed and Arslan. Their service was truly outstanding — professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made sure I left the store fully satisfied. It’s rare to find staff who go above and beyond like they do. Highly recommended. Great team, great service.

My name is Niyasudheen, and I am writing from Ras Al Khaimah. I purchased a laptop approximately five months ago from Jumbo Electronics, Al Nakheel branch, Ras Al Khaimah. Recently, the device has developed an issue while charging, so I visited the branch to seek assistance. However, I am very disappointed with the behavior of one of your staff members. Instead of providing proper support, the staff member behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Additionally, he questioned my educational qualification, which is completely irrelevant and inappropriate in a customer service situation. If your company requires customers to have specific educational qualifications to purchase products, this should be clearly communicated. Otherwise, such comments are unacceptable and reflect poorly on your organization. Bought over 10,000 dirhams worth of appliances in store and never received them. It has been over a month that customer service says someone will call me and they don’t. I follow up every day. I filed a complaint with the department of economics and advise you to do the same if you are facing the same issue.

EXTREME CONSUMER FRAUD & MISLEADING TACTICS! "I had an absolutely pathetic experience with Jumbo Electronics. I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max through Tabby and received a written STOCK CONFIRMATION from their team. Based on their 'confirmed' stock, I drove 250km round trip from Al Ain to Abu Dhabi, only to be told they have NO STOCK when I arrived! They took my payment, confirmed the item was ready, and then wasted 5 hours of my time and my fuel. To make matters worse, a compensation Gift Card they gave me for a previous delay was also NOT WORKING for 4 days. Now, they are trying to force a cancellation of my paid order against my will instead of fulfilling the contract. This is a clear violation of UAE Consumer Rights. I have already filed a formal case with the Department of Economic Development (DED/TAMM) for 'Breach of Contract' and 'Consumer Harassment'. If you value your time and money, STAY AWAY from Jumbo Electronics. They mislead customers and provide zero accountability!

Terrible experience. I bought a smart watch for my son - around 100 AED. It had a 6 months warranty. After 5 months, it was not working anymore. We brought it for reparation, so far no problem as this can happen. After 2 weeks, received a call to collect a new watch instead of the previous one. And this one went down even faster, not even 3 months. I brought it again to the shop saying I do not want the watch anymore as it seems the whole series is not good and I want either take another item or a credit note. It was said to me the manager was not around, and the watch has to be collected again. I've accepted and this time, nobody called me even after days to come back and take it. I came again (what a waste of time) and it has been said to me I can only take back a new watch, the copy of the previous one, same series, same collection. I said NO, but of course, guess what, the manager is not available. At the end I had to come another time to ask for something, either taking back the money or a credit note to be used in-store but nothing was possible. In other words : they sell you a product that is not working and you can do nothing about it. I'll make sure to never let anymore lose his money like this.

An amazing experience specially when you are dealing with top professional staff. I went to buy Samsung mobile. Moustafa was nothing less than Amazing, fully aware of all aspects and extremely supportive. Qusai joined us to explain about Samsung Care and he answered all the related questions and offered help in all aspects in a highly professional way. Both Moustafah and Qusai made the experience different than other places we visited. Worthy to mention that the warm welcoming and guidance of Mr Shadi made us feel like home. His relationship with customers and staff is impressive. I wrote this review about jumbo electronics experience but they didnot publish it because it doesn't look about the place change it to add how they helped me to chose which Samsung mobile explain features and discuss which one suits me more.
