Worst in solving issue. I made payment to buy Canon cam and money got deducted from bank as Jumbo claimed that amount i.e. 3395Aed on 4th Sep & I didn’t get any confirmation for my order. Today is 12th Sep and i am still following up with them for my money through mail & call. Agent name : Catherine Wambui, Not at all professional.

Very bad experience i bought sony wh 1000 headset 4 months i used then not charging battery i went to store karama they told me it take 7 days to repair it then i ask them to replace it then the answer is rejected to replace for the new one

I’d give no stars if I could. Jumbo Serve were the installation provider for our Amazon purchased in-built refrigerator. Scheduled to install at 6pm. At 5pm I get a call from the Technician asking if it was a standalone or in-built fridge. I told him it was in-built and he said he couldn’t do that and basically hung up. Then commenced many phone calls to Amazon customer service who tried to be helpful but couldn’t tell me what was going on. Basically we finally discovered the technician had just cancelled the appointment! So no fridge and I had to reschedule for next day and arrange to be available for another installation provider (NOT Jumbo Serve!).

Boughf a ps portal just used it almost 1 day and sent it back because of a faulty button.. then it takes 14days for repair, didnt even enjoy the unit, should have atleast repalced it as new..

The worst shop to buy electronics I bought irobot vacuum and in less than 5 months stop to work then I went to Jumbo with quaranty they told me I will apply to iRobot to replace with new then pass allready one week and nothing I went to the shop to see what is going on ,I call the manager of service the guy told me that I’m lucky because my machine stop to work in 5 months other machines stops in 10 days guys I can’t still believe that this was answer of manager I told him when you sell to me did you inform me for that ?I will open for sure case and I’m suggesting to all of you don’t buy from there anything

It’s the worse experience I ever had for after sales. They only sell products, but when it comes to service the products, they are the worse. They don’t even have spare parts for what they sell. My Dyson vacuum cleaner still under warranty, I sent it to their service center in jebel ali, they said it will take 2 weeks for repairs, 2 weeks passed and now they’re saying another 3 weeks. This is unacceptable, if they don’t have the parts they should replace the item. I’m filing a legal case against them

My washing machine broke down exactly two years from the date of purchase, the warranty has expired, so I have to pay for a full repair, but unfortunately the company does not provide a guarantee for their repairs, that is, if tomorrow my washing machine breaks down again, then I will have to pay again, then there is money will be thrown away, what kind of server is this anyway? very bad

HI, Good evening, We would like to inform you that, 17-april-2024 i already send to my nearest place (hamdan street, abu dhabi) jumbo service center my new printer Brother DCPL 3510 for service under warranty. but still i not received from your customer service department any proper answer. and when i call to your customer service they said i will call you later or i will check and call you back like this. but unfortunately i still not received any proper answer from your team. until today my all work is pending, and not good service. if you not solve my problem i never purchase any product from your shop and i never recommend any one for buy in your shop. my CASE NO. 20752455 Thank you

I recently purchased an iPhone Pro Max 256GB from this mobile shop intending to gift it, but later realized I needed the 512GB version. However, before even attempting to switch on the device , I approached them the next day for an exchange. To my dismay, they adamantly refused unless I paid an additional 15% of the unit price. This lack of flexibility and understanding was incredibly disappointing, and I deeply regret not researching their reputation beforehand. I strongly advise against patronizing this shop.

Disappointing Experience: Lack of Recognition for Complaint I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the level of service provided by your company in response to my recent complaint. Despite raising a significant issue regarding the fixing of the Washing Machine that was raised last month, i was informed that the machine will be fixed in 10 days (From 04th March till 14th March) , I am deeply dismayed by the lack of acknowledgment or recognition of the seriousness of the matter. It is alarming that my concerns were seemingly disregarded, and there has been no effort made to address the issue or provide a satisfactory resolution. Not only does this reflect poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction, but it also demonstrates a blatant disregard for accountability and professionalism. As a valued customer, I expected better treatment and a more proactive approach to resolving issues promptly and effectively. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with serious doubts about the reliability and integrity of your company's services. It is evident that there are significant shortcomings in your customer service processes, which need to be urgently addressed to prevent further instances of dissatisfaction among your clientele. I had hoped for a more positive outcome and a swift resolution to my concerns. However, the lack of response or acknowledgment from your end has only exacerbated my frustration and reinforced my decision to seek alternative solutions for my needs in the future. In conclusion, I urge your company to take this feedback seriously and implement measures to improve your customer service practices. Ignoring valid complaints is not only detrimental to your reputation but also disrespectful to your customers. I trust that you will take appropriate action to address this matter and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

My recent experience with the sales team at Jumbe Electronics MOE was a cautionary tale. I was duped by their sales personnel, and to add insult to injury, an arrogant sales manager endorsed their mistake, leaving me feeling cheated and disrespected. Recently, I bought a TV from them, and the salesperson told me that a Ramadan promotion was in progress. I would get a gift voucher worth 10% of the purchase, and I could use it for any other purchase except a PlayStation and some other items. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the voucher until yesterday. When I went to ask about it, they claimed that I should buy items at a similar price to claim the voucher. This type of incident was not expected from a reputed organisation like Jumbo, so be careful before buying any item from them.
