Terrible! I have my vacuum in for servicing over one week ago. After 9 days nothing has been done yet. No update either. Customer service are appalling. They have no idea what is going and cannot give an update as they need to contact another team. What’s the point in being customer service when you cannot do your job. I called 2 days in a row and each time they say somebody will be in touch on the same day. Lies.

I ordered samsung watch through Jumbo electronics online. I received defective product. I ask customer care for replacement, but they are saying "You have to come to shop for return". Worst experience. Then I visited shop and given my product for replacement. 8 days completed still i didn't receive my product. They told 2 days & they are saying replacement also not sure...Worst ever shopping. Don't use Jumbo Online.

Very poor service from staff of Jumbo electronics, Al Ain Mall. Complete lack of professionalism by the staff member there. They do not have proper knowledge of the offers they are having at the store. One staff member in particular, misled me into coming to the store twice and he changed the rates he had given to me in writing earlier. When asked about it, he did not accept that he had made a mistake but tried to shift the blame on me. I have lost all faith in Jumbo electronics , Al Ain mall. I will not recommend them and definitely will not go back there.

This is the first and last time to buy from this shop. They sold me accessories after that they told the company of accessories closed in UAE. Also for screen protectors they said you can change only two times which was not told by sales man. The mangers in City center Sharjah( Mohamed ) was not able to handle the case and he is giving not acceptable reason to safe his company. Advise every one not to buy from Jumbo

When I bought from Jumbo shop in a Mall of the Emirates a new mobile phone for my mother which was a tourist in Dubai, I ask to make a tax fee refund. Staff there don’t know how to make it, didn’t explain properly to the customers what they should do to get. On the end they said it’s my fault, I didn’t listen, I didn’t fallow what cashier said, only blamed that it’s my fault and they are doing there job on a best way. They ask me to wait 1 hour till their manager will come back from break and after one hour of my waiting said - sorry but you need to come in other day, because manager went on meeting… And to be honest when I came to the customer service that cashier which charge me said to my face that I didn’t take from him, it’s was other person to serve me and exact cashier don’t know how to do a vat refund. After CCTV shows, that I was right about which cashier served me and it’s shows that I also double ask cashier if they done with vat refund when I was showing a receipt . Unfortunately they don’t have a volume on cctv. From shop I didn’t get any feedback, only promises that they will solved my problem. I can’t recommend this shop to people… They only knows how to take a money from the people, but if some issue happen don’t expect that they will try to help, manager same like a staff useless….

My laptop is damaged and hard to repair, and I applied for Salama insurance to get a replacement or a voucher to purchase a new device. This was what I was told by the salesman when he sold me the salama warranty, that in case it damages you will directly get a voucher and you can buy another laptop same time. I submitted this last week and clarified that repairing the damaged laptop will not guarantee a perfect piece, later they will tell me that my salama insurance is expired so I don’t want to take any chance and keep it straight, secondly, it will take time that I cannot afford, as the laptop in question is crucial for my work, and any delay in its repair would adversely affect my productivity and professional commitments. Given the nature of my work and the time-sensitive projects I am currently involved in, waiting for the repair process to be completed would impose significant inconveniences and potential financial losses.. Therefore, I explained multiple times that i need Salama insurance so I can purchase another new laptop as soon as possible. But now Jumbo is ignoring my calls and emails and not responding or understanding my needs

Very bad, no warranty on the goodies what they provide it in the offer. They just increase the price and sell all refurbished items. Dont buy from here

Really it’s very bad service M buy new Samsung mobile under jumbo salama for al zahia city cente my mobile cameras not working m go there for repair sep. 2022 after 15 day my device came with same problem and they charged 100 dirams Again march 20 m go there for repair again with device problem after 20 days call me your device is ready plz collect when m go there and check same problem after 15 days I call there say come it's ready when m go there and check same problem 4 time m go there with confirmation but no salutation m crash my money now till date no any solutions So if you don't want stress don't buy from them.

One of thw worst store i have ever experienced in dubai. There is zero customer service in deira city center. When buying a mobile phone they dont even explain what apps will be working or not. I would recommend everyone not at all to go to any of the jumbo store again. Worst experience as a customer

Jumbo "Salama" is the worst thing to spend money on, with very late response& poor quality service. And after taking 11 days to fix my mobile, I only used it for 1 day and again another problem started, now almost another 11 days& no feedback so far. I'll never deal with Jumbo again.

Really it’s very bad service and I don’t think there’s respect off this company to the customers I pay new Apple headset since 14 February until now I didn’t use because I returned to fix or to find solution until now no update it’s really very bad I don’t advise anyone to pay any item from this company

Just a few hours ago I bought an IPhone 14 pro from mall of the Emirates Jumbo. The seller was Mr. Abdel aziz who pushed me to take unlimited warranty of apple company But he did not tell us that it is only valid for 2 years, on the contrary, he pretended that it has an unlimited replacement warranty. I paid 800 dirhams for this warranty. After paying, he explained that it is only valid for two years. I was a regular customer of Jumbo, butI will definitely not buy from Jumbo again. He destroyed my trust in Jumbo with his incomplete explanations.

I recently purchased a laptop from Jumbo at Sharjah City Centre and also availed their 2-year insurance. However, my experience with their repair and customer service was extremely disappointing. My laptop was sent for repair and was returned to me in a worse condition than when I first brought it in, and there was no apology or concern from the team for the inconvenience caused after taking my laptop again for the second repair. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was not provided with any updates on the status of my laptop, and I had to reach out for information constantly. It's not true that The repair will only take 7 to 10 working, it has been 1 month but up until now, my laptop is not with me. The insurance that was offered also proved to be false, as they will not replace the laptop, even if it's in a very bad condition or if it was mishandled during the first repair. You cannot trust their technicians at all. Overall, I had a terrible experience with Jumbo, and I would not recommend them to anyone. So if you don't want stress, don't buy from them.

Really bad dont go there they will charge u more than market rates . i buy i phone 14 pro max from jumboo near sharaf DG branch they charge me 900/- AED extra for that phone 256 GB please if anyone really want to buy them first check market rates than go there i am really disappointed Poor

worse and worse. delivery without one item... didn't even apologize, i had to chase after them to get the item. They said 1-2 day max and its been 7 days. noone called or delivered anything. Super disappointed i wouldn't ever recommend or buy there anything anymore in the future!!!

Worst service ever. I ordered a TV online after 4 days they say its not available through their supplier, the same TV is sold by other Electronic companies and also by the same supplier online. When i showed them the proof, they delayed the response. I told them to find me a similar TV because it will take 2 weeks to get the refund. Instead no response for days and now when I get a call back after so many follow ups, i have been told that the refund got initiated the same day. This is the worst customer management ever. When you go their store and challenge the price against Amazon they say we are here to provide service incase of problems, from Amazon you dont know who is the seller. To be honest, I get better service over Amazon this this store.

Sold me a broke monitor, told me that I would receive a new one the next day. It has since been a week and still no word. The supervisors are the rudest I’ve spoken to. Now they want to repair the monitor (min 7 days to know if the repair is even possible) and give it back to me. I payed for a new monitor, not a refurbished one.
