It’s the worse experience I ever had for after sales. They only sell products, but when it comes to service the products, they are the worse. They don’t even have spare parts for what they sell.
My Dyson vacuum cleaner still under warranty, I sent it to their service center in jebel ali, they said it will take 2 weeks for repairs, 2 weeks passed and now they’re saying another 3 weeks. This is unacceptable, if they don’t have the parts they should replace the item.
I’m filing a legal case against them
