I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had with Jumbo last month. I purchased an Apple Watch as a gift, which unfortunately did not function at all from the start. As a result, I returned the product to the store, expecting either a replacement or repair. However, since then, I have been met with inconsistent responses every time I follow up whether it’s regarding a replacement, a refund, or a voucher. There has been no clear resolution provided.
To make matters worse, I was told that if I am dissatisfied, and after a month if I don't give them few more days, my only option is to take legal action, as Jumbo has a legal team to handle such matters. I find this response both unacceptable and disheartening. It is extremely frustrating to receive such poor customer service, especially when the issue arose from a defective product in the first place.
I understand that mistakes happen, but this experience has severely damaged my trust in your company. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly and fairly, without the need for further escalation.
