We picked a MacBook from jumbo few months ago, we purchased Apple care when we bought the MacBook, but jumbo had not updated on the Apple system, hence when recently there was a physical damage to my Mac, and I went to Apple to get it fixed they informed me that jumbo never updated my Apple care on Apple’s system, we visited the Dubai mall branch for jumbo, the service there was utterly disappointing, the staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all, after that we had to make many calls, but despite our best efforts jumbo staff kept lying to us and I would like to mention the name Chandru who was assisting us, for days he kept prolonging the process and kept lying to me about picking the laptop or showing us any kind of proof from their side that we have Apple care, in my personal experience I am never getting any of my products from jumbo
