Stayed at the Astoria location paying around $1,600 a month. The neighborhood is quieter and more residential than a lot of NYC, which I appreciated - you can actually breathe a little. The N/W trains get you to Midtown quickly. I had no serious issues with management during my stay, the building was kept up, common spaces were clean. The kitchen situation depends on who you're sharing with - mine was fine, but that's the coliving variable you can't fully control. Overall a solid option if you want a calmer NYC neighborhood with reasonable transit access.

Moved to Boston for a work contract and needed furnished housing for 5 months. June Homes delivered exactly what they promised. The apartment was in good condition, close to public transit, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Any small issues (a flickering light, a slow drain) were resolved quickly through the app. When I left, the check-out process took about 10 minutes. That's how it should work.

Got a job offer in DC with two weeks' notice. June Homes had a room available near my office, lease signed within a day, keys accessible via app code on arrival. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with kitchen basics. My roommates turned out to be pleasant professionals in similar situations. It's the kind of service you don't know you need until you're in a pinch - and then it's invaluable.

I relocated to New York for a new job and was dreading the apartment search. A colleague recommended June Homes and I'm so glad I listened. From browsing listings to signing the lease took less than 48 hours - everything done online, no stacks of paperwork, no back-and-forth with realtors. The apartment was exactly as shown: clean, fully furnished, great location near the subway. Support team answered my questions within the hour, even on a Sunday. Will absolutely use them again.

1600 all-in for four months in Greenpoint was the only number that made sense for an exchange semester. No guarantor, no credit history needed. The building is clean and safe. The only issue is the common area wifi drops sometimes in the evening when everyone is streaming. In the room it is fine.

June Homes works really well as a starting point. I came to NYC not knowing anyone and it helped a lot to already have a place sorted without the usual nightmare of deposits and paperwork.

The room was small but enough for one person, which is pretty standard for NYC. It worked perfectly for me since I wasn’t staying long. Overall, it was a great living experience. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and my neighbors were young and friendly. I often asked them for recommendations on local cafés.

I used June Homes when I was relocating, and the website made everything much easier. The listings were clear, and I could understand what I was getting before committing. The booking process was straightforward, which helped reduce stress during the move. When I arrived, the place was ready, and I didn’t have to deal with complicated paperwork or delays. For someone moving to a new city, that simplicity really matters.

I lived with June Homes for a long time, and overall the experience was very positive. Over time, you really see how a company operates day-to-day, not just at move-in, and that’s where June Homes worked well for me. I did have a small issue during my stay, a minor maintenance problem in the apartment, but it was reported easily and resolved without dragging on. Communication was clear, and I didn’t have to chase anyone repeatedly, which matters a lot when you’re living somewhere long-term. For future tenants, be clear about your priorities from the start (location, roommates, budget, commute). The more specific you are, the easier it is for them to match you with the right place and avoid unnecessary changes later. Overall, if you’re looking for a flexible and managed living option, my experience with June Homes was solid and reliable.
