“Paid for 24 hour next day delivery, taking into account the bank holiday but item did not arrive until a day later. Got the 24hour delivery as I would be working the rest of the week so now have to sort out redelivery for next week. The price of my item is better than I found it on Amazon but if I pay extra for something, I really do want it when I want it”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Neither us nor Royal Mail guarantee that Tracked 24 will arrive within 24 hours, it is an expected timeframe - but not doable 100% of the time. This information is on the shipping section of our website and on Royal Mail. We are genuinely sorry that your item did not turn up 'when you wanted it', frankly Royal Mail are doing an amazing job delivering items that people cannot easily access in the current climate. If this is your biggest problem of the day then I would consider you are having a slightly better time of it than a large proportion of the population. Please stay safe.

“The gin isn't for myself, but a gift for a friend. However, I very much like the fact that you can filter the type of flavours you'd like in a gin - cardamom, pepper, etc. For my friend, it was angelica root. I'd bought her an award-winning gin in France and it very definitely had the angelica flavour about it. She loved it, so I searched for something similar and found it in a gin from the Isle of Wight - which also, incidentally, comes in a very attractive bottle. I am sure that when we present it to her for her birthday, she will really enjoy it (and will probably even offer a taste!) The service provided was very quick and I received it within 2 days of ordering. The packaging was good and very protective. I shall definitely be ordering again ... perhaps even for myself, next time.”

“I was searching for a particular brand of gin that is not in stock anywhere at present! I was pleased to find it on your site which was user friendly and my payment processed easily. I kept an eye on delivery via the Royal Mail tracker and my friend received the item within three days which is amazing during these testing times! Thank you very much, I will be sure to use your services again!”
