“I would love to leave a review but the gin I bought for my sister’s birthday still hasn’t arrived!”

Unfortunately the customer provided a Leicestershire address and a Brighton postcode for delivery - therefore it appears Royal Mail have been trying to figure out where to deliver it and it has been delayed. We always encourage customers to contact us directly if there is an issue.

There are often variations in shipping to different areas of the country, We have replied directly with your shipping details, the gin was shipped the same day your payment was made, ie 5th September, with the 7th being a Saturday this provides a delay in delivery which we cannot alter. Our subscription policy is to ship on or around the 10th - I think we have exceeded that easily.

“Parcel arrived quickly, kept up to date but our selection was advertised as boxed. It arrived boxed but the presentation box was the main packaging and now covered in packing tape and a large address label; hardly suitable to give as a gift”

Hello, thanks for the time taken to write a review, and for your order. Our description of the product states that they are in the silver shipping box. The box is sealed with clear tape, not packing tape. If you wish we would be happy to send you a replacement box, please advise if you would like one.
