“I highly suggest you stay away from Junomarkets if you value your money. My capital was entered into a PAMM account, over $10,000. According to the LPOA i signed before entering the PAMM, it stated all I needed to give was 24 hour notice to Juno to disconnect from the PAMM.
So, I did exactly that. I gave Juno my 24 hour notice to disconnect but of course, they did not honor it. After 6 months of my capital being locked inside the PAMM, and numerous times of contacting support and the PAMM provider, I was told I could not withdraw. Then, I logged onto Juno to see that my entire balance had been wiped clean in one trade. 100% B Booked and Juno wanted to get the money from me.
A complete scam broker. Oh yeah, also it just happened that on the same day that my account got wiped clean, Juno revoked access to all Australias to access their website.
So much wrong happened. Customer support no longer responds to me, and I've been scammed and lost over $10,000.
