“The rug itself is even better than it showed in pictures. Just a rug was significantly cheaper for the same rug than several other shops we found. Delivery could have been prompt, but let down by the local branch of UPS, we went to go pick it up from their dispatch centre. The reason for me docking 1 star. Yanki at Just a rug has been courteous in replies to emails.”

“Pleased with rug, delivery excellent. Only one problem the rug smells. Will this wear off? Is there anything you can send me to get rid of the smell? Look forward to hearing from you.”

Sorry for delay in replying - we had some technical issues and I only saw this today . The smell will wear off but if your problem persists please do not hesitate to get in touch

“I was pleased by the quality of the rug, just little problem there was a dirty mark on one, however I did manage to remove it.”
