Food was horrible and had plastic in it and the milkshake tasted like cleaning products. Just Eat have refused to give a refund on the order and are now saying they have closed the case

2nd time this had happend I do a shop on Just Eat for items to never arrived, drivers not reliable say order has been delivered when clearly it hasn't, they are quick to say no to refund .. have to fight to get money back too.. they quick to say no to refund but can never provide proof that it has.. for this reason they refunded me eventually... causing frustration... stick to uber eats or dwlieroo ones you can trust .

Ordered a bit of lunch and the app just kept changing the time. Ordered at 12:00 with an eta of 12:50. Finally turned up as I was leaving work at 16:15. On the app you can't change your order to pick up once you find they don't have any drivers, you can contact Just Eat only email with a 4dau response time. I'm done with them, I refused the cold food, once I recive the refund the app will be deleted

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited 2 hours for a McDonald's delivery with no way of cancelling. Driver wouldn't take back the order which was stone cold. Just Eat have refused "compensation." I don't want compensation, I want a refund. Raised a claim through PayPal. As soon as I get my money back I will be deleting my account.

Food that was delivered was incorrect, attempted to get a refund for this and they denied the refund even though photos of the incorrect food were taken and sent to customer services.

My order was not delivered. They did not attempt to contact me. They said they left it at the front door as it was locked . Customer service won't process a refund as it was marked as delivered despite me not giving a delivery code to the driver to prove delivery. Scammer company with obviously useless drivers. I'll ask my bank to process a refund and will not use them again. Use one of the other companys NOT JUST-EAT.
