“ Food that was delivered was incorrect, attempted to get a refund for this and they denied the refund even though photos of the incorrect food were taken and sent to customer services. ”

Customer service won't process a refund as it was marked as delivered despite me not giving a delivery code to the driver to prove delivery. Scammer company with obviously useless drivers. I'll ask my bank to process a refund and will not use them again. Use one of the other companys NOT JUST-EAT. ”
