I made a purchase at the beginning on March 1st for 3 bottles of e-liquid. I was never sent a confirmation email. They charged my credit card and over 5 weeks later, I still haven't received the product. I have left 5+ messages, and sent 5+ emails. I finally got a response from "Nick" on April 1st asking me for my order number WHICH THEY KNOW I DON'T HAVE...BECAUSE I DIDN'T RECEIVE A ONE!!
As of today (April 10th), I've got no response. They have my money, I don't have the product. I've begged them to send the product, or at least give a refund if they could just get their act together for 5 seconds. Their lack of organization and customer support is atrocious. They're losing a returning customer (and you better believe some of my friends who are returning customers too) just because they've proven incapable of making this right.
My recommendation is to stay away, unless you waste money and time dealing with these incompetent a**holes. Vapor DNA, Electric Tobacconist are infinitely better. Even your local head shop (though probably more expensive) is worth it to avoid this mess. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. Ridiculous!”
