I was going through a divorce, the finances were a bit complicated but Daniel got me a fantastic mortgage with TSB at a fantastic rate and from application to approval was a matter of days. I had to pull out of my original purchase due to the vendors wanting to wait until the summer to find a new place, which would have affected stamp duty. Put an offer in on the house that I am now living in and it was a seamless process. I cannot recommend this company enough. Worth every penny of their fee. With what is a stressful occasion, renewing our mortgage initially seemed quite daunting. Lots of advice was given from many sources that didn’t inspire a great deal of confidence in the market. Until we decided to revisit JustMortgageBrokers for a second time, as they had given us great advice and support in the past. We received an immediate welcoming response, with much improved offers over what we had to that point been considering. And left us asking ourselves simply; why didn’t we contact JMB first?
