“I have been buying onion sets from just seeds for a few years now but this year I was not at all satisfied and previous years were not good but this year was the worst because a lot of the heads were rotten, so next year I will look for someone else to order from because this year I had to throw away between 150-200 heads, there were more but I put them in the soil so if they sprout it will be fine but I don't think so. If I were a seller I would be ashamed to send a customer something like they sent me. I thought if I bought more then I would pick what was worth it but I spent close to £60 on my small garden maybe it would have been better if I had saved that money and bought the finished product at the end of the season. Be careful buying from just seeds ltd because you can spend your money on something that is not worth it. Don't have the same problem as me. Kind regards”

“Well we certainly won't be ordering from this company again. We noticed that 3 packets in our order were dated 2023 - 2 years old. We still planted thinking that JustSeed must be confident they are still o.k. Nothing at all is showing in our heated propagators whereas seeds from elsewhere are shooting well. We usually pot on in April but it's not looking promising.
Still, we learn from our mistakes but I don't think they should sell seeds which are 2 years old and don't germinate.”

“The items missed the delivery date by 16 days at the time of this review and still not here. I sent three emails within 14 days from the promised delivery date none of was responded to. On day 15 I requested a refund and said I’d get it via PayPal, then they responded that it was marked for delivery the following day and sorry for the delay and any inconvenience.”
