“Still unsure if these guys are scammers. Purchased a CD key which didn't work, after several back and forths with support (including "advice" from the supplier to try something I'd already tried... Which I'd told them I'd tried originally).
My son still doesn't have the game I bought for his birthday, specifically a digital copy which is available almost instantly.
Really disappointed, no resolution in sight and even a request for a refund was declined.
